I am a private citizen; can I place an order even if I do not have a VAT number?

Yes, both individuals and companies can place orders.

Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to place an order?

No, no minimum amount is required to place an order.

Can I collect an order placed from the site in one of your retail stores (Ponte di Ferro or Ponte San Giovanni)?

Yes, you can collect it in one of our stores, just point it out in the notes when ordering.

Are all the products on the website available?

Yes, because they are synchronized with our warehouse.

I would like to order an item from a brand that you supply, but I cannot find it on the site. Is there a way to order it?

Yes, we can order it just for you!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs to Italy are always FREE and included in the price you see in the description!

How soon can I expect my order?

You can expect your order usually within 2-3 days after receiving your order payment.

The courier we use is BRT, the best in Italy!

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12 pm are shipped the same day.

All other orders are shipped the next day.

These times may vary depending on the item availability or sudden stock outages (as happened during the period of Covid19)


Do you also do customized clothing?

Yes, all clothing items are customizable with silk-screen printing, die-cast printing, and embroidery.

Will the unsuitable equipment be returned to me?

Yes, the equipment is still yours since you paid for it! We will separate the equipment that has passed the inspection from the rejected equipment into two different packages.
